Joan was a little concerned about the amount of coffee he was consuming in such a short time. It was honestly kind of impressive. She could barely finish a cup of the stuff, and here he was drinking it like it was the elixir of life. He must really be exhausted. She hoped he’d be able to kick his insomnia in the ass, but with the amount of caffeine going into his body, she doubted that was happening tonight. Or, they have very different definitions of beating insomnia. Maybe she might have to cut him off after a couple more cups. [break][break]
“All of them-“ Joan cut herself off when Everett moved slightly closer. Intrigued, she went along with him. Raising her brows slightly, the brunette followed Everett’s lead by leaning in a little more to listen to him, expression expectant. She didn’t know what she was expecting, but it wasn’t to be completely played. Joan openly gaped at him for a moment, before she let out a short bark of laughter. Her dark brown eyes narrowed and a wide grin replaced the shocked expression on her face. “You little shit! That’s rude as hell.” She exclaimed, just a little too loudly. Though, really, if he did play that many instruments, that was pretty impressive. And if he could sing on top of that, then damn. [break][break]
Finally, the brunette leaned back slightly, letting another giggling huff escape her before she turned her attention back to Everett. “But fine, now I guess I have to come.” She conceded playfully, shrugging. “It should be fun.”
