With a past made up of absence and blood -- of abandonment and bruises -- Corin is a quiet and outwardly emotionless man whose mother was shot and killed when he was only nine years old. He had been a foster child since then, and dropped out of highschool at the age of seventeen. The events that conspired while he was jumping from home to home, staying only until the current family grew tired of him, are experiences he chooses to never speak of and thankfully, people don't ask about it if they find out. He tries his best to stay out of the way of both criminals and police, but sometimes he can tend to tempt fate.[break][break]

CLOSE BUT NEVER CLOSE ENOUGH

Being his antisocial and rather stoic self, most don't hang around after meeting him and experiencing his seemingly emotionless, bland personality. He tries not to take it personally, and if he's lucky, he won't take it personally and simply take it for what is. Misunderstanding. He's used to it and he doesn't usually doesn't blame people for not sticking around too long. He knew he was difficult to understand and hard to get along with. Despite that though, he wouldn't be a terrible friend. Sometimes he can be selfish, but that's only occasionally and he shows his love for his friends in subtle, quiet ways. For example; giving them the last of his food, asking about their day and being lowkey protective. [break][break]

SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY

His career choice as a hacker doesn't usually end up with him earning many friends. If anyone he stole from ended up finding out who he was, he wouldn't quite know what to do other than try to shake them off his trail and avoid them at all costs. That's why he writes down the identity and appearance (and that's if he can find a photo) of every person he steals from, making sure that he's never caught off guard. But admittedly, he knows it isn't the greatest system but it's all he's got. Usually, if Corin ever gains an enemy, his first instinct is to avoid them at all costs. Despite having a multitude of weapons in his apartment and on his person at almost all times, he is greatly opposed to conflict. [break][break]

HEART'S BEATING DOUPLE-TIME

Now this is something that Corin would probably actually have a laugh at. No, he doesn't believe he'll ever be in a relationship. Why? Because he was who he was, and most individuals tend to require sexual fulfilment to be in a relationship in order to be with someone. Or at least, that was what it was like in his experience. So, that was it. That was the big thing. He'd only ever been in one relationship before, and it hadn't ended well. In fact, it actually left him almost actively avoiding any possibilities of a relationship. He doesn't want to deal with that kind of rejection and feeling of being completely inadequate again. It's not that he'd never sleep with someone, but it's not something that he'd be able to do often, even if it was with someone he cared dearly for. [break][break]

FRIENDS would be awesome. He needs to get some friends to hang out with and look after. [break][break]
