lena lee is what you call a mutt, which means she's a person of mixed racial descent. she carries dual passports, as a singaporean and an american. she's known to have highlights in her hair. she's 5'4 in height and weighs around 63kg. she wears loose fit clothing and likes to have the sleeves longer than they should. has a favourtism towards pandas and any forms of flowers too. she also has ADD and takes her regular ritalin pills to calm her nerves.

THIRD CULTURE...

Lena's parents are third culture kids themselves. Her mother, Yi Ling born Singaporean (like her parents before her) was raised in Okinawa, Japan. Her father James born American (from Pennsylvania) was raised in Haarlem, Netherlands. After her father moved back to the states,  he joined the Navy where he was deployed to Japan,  where a grandiose sailor met a university student who introduced him to Yi Ling. she has refused James' offer on dates for over five months before caving in. By then he was in due course to leave for the Indian Ocean, where the man spent almost five months at sea before going back to Japan. The two often sent letters to each other. He would write small poems for her to read and she would send him pictures of the beautiful things she has seen throughout her time spent in Japan.[break][break]

When he returned to Japan, Yi Ling invited him to her parent's house where James awaited the interrogation of the father. Who to his surprise, approved of their relationship. The mother gave them her blessing, and in the coming of a year, (give and take the fact James had to cancel their wedding due to his place in the Navy) the two married. Lena Lee was their first child, and soon after their first born son, Joseph Lee.[break][break]

After the birth of his children, James retired from the Navy and was hired as a diplomat for the US Government. And given through a score of her eighteen years of life while living with her parents, Lena travelled to over twenty countries and five continents.

CALLING HER NOW

In her high school career, Lena made a few acquaintances and very little friends, she's a third culture child who travelled almost all of her life. She has found it nourishing and a burden, considering she can't spend more time with friends she has found a deep relationship with. A more focus into her high school years, the girl came into the focus of a junior of hers by the name of Anna Li. Lena by this stage didn't know what form of attraction she held for Anna. How her heart fluttered every time she would talk to her and how every compliment was an embarrassment. In the knowing of her for only five months, Lena came to love Anna. Whether it was a crush or simply a thing called love, Lena confessed to Anna, not knowing where their relationship would go. This was during the time Lena lived in Singapore.

Skipping forward, she's a kind and friendly person. And often fights for what she believes is right. After graduating from Stanford University in Stanford, California; she moved to Seattle immediately after to spend time with her girlfriend, Anna Li who is still working on her masters for BioChemistry. Due to the separation they have suffered for the passed six years, the two broke up in order to find other people. Although still head over heels for Anna, Lena moves on from her life in order to meet new people and perform her duty as a lawyer to the best of her abilities.
