prim and proper, words that heed her composure and manners well. legs crossed, hands folded together, sit like a lady, be proper and sweet and kind. god, who on this green, dying earth would continually act that way without losing humanity day by day. while table-side manners are well and good, primrose has a tendency to disobey manners heavily - she'll be loud, she'll be haughty, she'll be blunt with a side of bitch! [break][break]
as charismatic as she looks, as friendly as she seems, primrose has a way with words that can make others hate her in an instance. she doesn't intend to be rude - most of the time - but limiting herself by being boringly kind is... not her tastes! snarky and witty, she comes off as inconsiderate at times. maybe she is, maybe she isn't. she holds compassion for others, she really does! but primrose wouldn't dream of being seen as prissy or proper - outside of her attire.[break][break]
while her table-side manners are polished and refined, her social skills are abysmal. she isn't plagued by anxiety, or shyness, or anything of the sort. primrose is just... bad at wording things correctly. despite all of that, she is talented on paper, able to write columns for news articles and even short novella with words written like saffron. of course, that doesn't discredit how melodramatic she can be. primrose is actually quite intelligent, able to catch onto things quickly, but her tone escapes her, and sometimes her ability to process does as well.[break][break]
primrose handles her emotions well; it is very rare that she will be angry enough to explode. but when she gets to that point, she has a nasty temper. she has a tendency to throw tantrums not unlike a toddler - bratty and petty and spoiled, she may even throw in some words she does not mean - but despite her struggle with interaction, she does her best to avoid things that cut too deep. despite herself, she cares a lot about others and how they feel.

MISCELLANEOUS INFO

contrary to what you'd believe, underneath the feminine clothing and cute sweaters primrose has the build of an athlete. she's had a knack for sports since she was small - volleyball, basketball, swimming, boxing. now-a-day, she mostly works out at a local gym, letting her previous interests fade in favor of just working out to work out. it's fun, and keeps her in shape enough to defend herself. which, in this day in age, is a necessity.[break][break]
her love for working out and the likes is matched with a disdain for being tired and sore. which, all things considered, is apart of working out. it is also matched with... the oddest fear of the ocean. despite her love for swimming, waters that go too deep cause her an innate fear. if she cannot see the ground beneath the water, it causes her too much panic to even really go in. she prefers to not go on ferries for this reason.[break][break]
her job as a journalist has not yet lifted very far off the ground, having kept most of her findings on the down low until she'd gathered enough evidence. despite this, she does manage to write some articles from time to time, help edit and proofread a few before going online - but most of her job is as a police officer. a beat cop - though that job is just her... 'cover'. in reality, primrose's heart is to journalism, and she knows well of the corruption that may lie under the lines of the spd.[break][break]
really, most of it is speculation. word of mouth, a couple of files pointing to a maybe answer, so on. primrose's goal is, yes, to keep the city safe and keep order in check, but overall it is to let the public know who they are trusting.

[attr="class","omapponebio1"]
really, lies are all over the streets. everybody knows that something in the air is not truthful, right? doubt, and paranoia, and all those little secrets and struggles - it's human nature to not be totally trusting of those above us.[break][break]
or maybe, those fears and doubts are wrong. ruthless actions others may do could always be a cover-up for the real story, it could be all false and made up and lies for attention. attention is a driving force for many beings. not many can deny the need and love for attention, whether it requires a spotlight or a mere pair of eyes. gleaming spotlights are for those who crave many souls to feed their wicked need for attention. eyes, however, are for those who are afraid, who are shy, who crave attention but fear the spotlight, fear being seen by the wrong people.[break][break]
yet, the wrong people are always looking, always watching. eyes made of malice can stare straight at us when we aren't prepared, judging us for all the lies we've made up. lies we didn't intend to happen. lies that could be truths somewhere out there. out there where skies are bleaker than anyone could have imagine, where someone's lie of a tragedy may be someone's confession to a crime. what crimes are confessed to everyday, i wonder.[break][break]
good going, world, we've all been cursed into an eternal nightmare. grim and dark and shady, the average person may see rainbows, i only see mist, haze. evenings flooded with dimmed skies and a dim sun and a dim life. effervescence from those who remain optimistic just seem like a fool's tune to the devil's hum. not all of us can make it out with our innocence and happiness in tact through it all.[break][break]
but - we can still cure it, cure the wounds left by devil's hands and the malicious marks of man. love can still exist, love can still pull us from the lies and deceit of protectors. up from the arms of the malevolent - so that we may rest in peace. even as evil prevails throughout the world, i wish to help fight it with words and knowledge spread wide.[break][break]
i am well aware of what lies on the line, ahead of me with pitchforks raised and guns held high. no one should expect things to go peacefully, things to go as planned. doubt is always in the air, as it should always be. it keeps us on our toes, it keeps us ready for the backlash of our actions, it keeps us considering what may occur if we go through with our plans. gunfire to keep our morals in check. our morals are never truly in check, though - otherwise, would men in power not lay corrupted?[break][break]
violence is example of what our consequences cause; threats made on the lives of those trying to protect, and threats made on the livelihoods of those who have harmed. it all seems fair - but is it really? order requires a game in which no one can truly win, not because punishment is unjust, but because not all of the players have yet started up. left with the mistakes of men before them, but far too ready to repeat in their footsteps, trying to do it better, figure out ways to get away with it. every new player begins with his own set of cards, but always craves more, and may never settle into the life of order. tragedy will always occur, as to make mistakes is to be human - but what outlines a mistake, what outlines what we consider 'mistakes' in the grand scheme of things, what differentiates a mistake... and something only regretted because it was caught.[break][break]
family of five found dead in a car crash. case closed with no known suspects. the eldest of four found alive miles from the crash site with unusual injuries. the child was taken in by family, who does not wish to comment.
