Walther is a passionate youth, but a youth that has trouble expressing his feelings. Walther is a very kind hearted individual, but he keeps to himself and can be rather anti-social. He is a quiet person and can come off as rather cold and sometimes even stoic, but that is not really the case. He finds it difficult to express what he likes. He is a rather bashful person and can get flustered from complements rather easily. Usually, when Walther gets flustered he gets really grumpy and usually expresses denial to things that are clearly contradictory to his feelings.[break][break]
When Walther sets his mind on something he is rather stubborn of a person. He is a rather selfless person, usually placing others before him and would do anything for those he cares about. In a way, he looks down on his self and fears being a burden which leads him to avoid getting too close to others. At times he can be rash and overprotective person, but when it comes down to it, in serious moments he has a cool and rational head.

MISCELLANEOUS INFO
[attr="class","omapponemisc4"]
- Walther lives with Julius Rao, a man that took him in when he had nowhere to go. Walther respects the man and considers him an older brother. The two bicker and fight quite a deal like brothers normally do.
- Because Julius cant cook meal at all, Walther took up cooking as he was absolutely terrified of Julius's non-dessert meals. Perhaps it was because of the fear of Julius's cooking that drove him, but Walther found himself becoming an amazing cook
- Walther is hard-working university student aiming for something in law enforcement, though his plan is not set as he doesn't truly know exactly what he wants to do for the future. In the meantime, he works as a partime chef at a dinner
- Walther is well trained by his brother Julius. Though he he tries to better himself, he is not a battle nut like his brother

[attr="class","omapponetabs3"]SUBJECT BIOGRAPHY
][attr="class","omapponebio"]
[attr="class","omapponebio1"]
There was once a woman that had met a man who she felt was the love of her life. The two loved each other with all their heart, but the woman's family disagreed with this man and the man had no family at all. Cutting ties with her family that chose to shun her, the woman married the man despite giving everything for him. The two loved each other dearly and together they gave birth to a son named Walther.
Growing up was a challenge for the young Walther. Eventually, the boy's parents realized that they had no money and had acted rashly. The pair did the best for their son and earned whatever they could in a rather challenging time, but it all changed when Walther's father lost his job. Though he was a loving man, he struggled with his anger and it was during a difficult time at work that it erupted. Walther's father was shamed, he lost his job and it was a struggle to get a new one. Soon that love faded and the man grew bitter and cold as he resorted to alcohol to heal his woes.[break][break]
In his drunken state, the man would blame Walther for his woes and would overexaggerate when Walther did something wrong. Walther's mother would always defend him and always be the one to take the man's fury. Had she the power to, she could have returned to her parents and away from the toxic home that she currently lived in, but she would have to abandon Walther and she couldn't do that. The woman endured so much, until a fateful day when Walther was 12. The man in his drunken state had been pushed far beyond the edge that he couldn't stand Walther anymore. The man threatened to kick Walther out or worse, kill him, but Walther's mother stopped him and silenced him for good. Almost instinctively, she struck the man and killed him with a blow to the head. Despite what she had done she looked at her son and gave him a reassuring smile before calling the police to confess.[break][break]
With his mother in prison, Walther was sent off to be sent to foster care. For a year Walther would be sent around different families. With each family he stayed with, Walther made an attempt at escaping. He held guilt when it came to his mother and he believed he was a burden to her that led her to prison. Had he not been there she would have had a better life. The feeling of guilt rose when he turned 12 and his mother passed away while in prison. Due to his frequent visits to his mother, the police were able to find him, but with that gone Walther ran off and lived on the streets for half a year. He didn't know what he was doing anymore, why he was running and what he wanted. He was lost, but he didn't want anybody to be a burden to anybody. he had given up trying and accepted just dying out. As he sat on the streets hungry and not even trying to find food, he soon came across a young man. [break][break]
The man looked down at him and asked him if he was lost. Walther didn't say anything, but the man almost took it as a response as he stated he was lost as well. Walther didn't say a thing, but the man merely left, leaving behind what seemed to be his freshly bought lunch for him. Walther didn't eat it, he merely kept it to his side refusing to eat. The man would come by the next day and the next day. The man would leave something behind each time he saw Walther. Money and food and even some clothes. He would talk, but Walther wouldn't say a thing. The man named Julius would call himself an idiot, but Walther never felt like this was an insult or mockery, almost as if it was like a mix of playful remark and even concern. Walther didn't show it, but he began to warm up to these meetings and slowly Walther would eat a bit of his food. [break][break]
It would be a week after that Walther would be asked the very same question Julius asked him the first time they met. It was this moment that Walther understood what the man truly meant. Julius was lost just like him, the two were lost in life and did not know where to go or how to proceed. Julius asked the boy if he wished to join him in finding his place and offered him a place to say. Tearfully, Walther responded to Julius for the first time and accepted.[break][break]
In the end Walther was taken in by Julius and adopted. Julius became a brother for Walther and together the two became close. Though the two always butted heads, Julius was someone Walther admired and looked up to. Under Julius's care he began to go to school, trying to return to a normal life. It was during his high school years he found love, but he never followed up with it and lost his chance. Now, Waalther spends his time in university trying to better himself to join law enforcement[break][break]
