The Prideux family is well-off, owning several large, profitable lavender fields in their area. She loves her family and FaceTimes them often. [break][break]

➣ The reality of public unrest and political corruption in Seattle shook her beliefs to their very foundations. Though the initiation was terrifying and her continued training grueling, she has found a natural affinity for spywork.[break][break]

the countryside of southern france had been her childhood, but the bustling streets of paris were where she learned independence; they were where she learned the future she envisioned diverged from what had already been laid out for her. [break][break]
it had been difficult, persuading her obstinate parents to let their only daughter leave and pursue law in a foreign country. but in the end, it was her passion, her life. she wanted to make a difference, she wanted to try to gain an understanding of human behavior and society.[break][break]

She would have thought the effect would have lessened over time, but again and again she was pleased to discover that was not the case when it came to charming the unaware. [break][break]
It was without a doubt manipulative to work him that way, but it was her job, and when he had such an obvious weakness, how could she not exploit it? She got what she wanted, one way or another. [break][break]
