with few true friends to call his own, most of them long gone after one of many mood swings, milo is desperate to make friends, even if he knows the cycle will continue as it always has. however, the coldness that overcomes him with said bouts of depression tend to keep others away from him. the charm and attraction that had been there before is still there, but plastered over it is a new attitude of caution and paranoia. if he were to make a friend, it would have to be someone who can deal with his drunken fits, breaks from reality, drastic change in mood, and most importantly: inability to let go of the past.

no stranger to love, milo is used to being a heartthrob and having girls, and guys, swoon for his antics. the boys usually end up a one night stand or just someone he can call as a friend... with benefits. hookups, flirting, charming others is all experience he has under his belt. literally what he is inexperienced in is romance, or rather, a relationship. his heart was broken once when he actually had feelings for some well endowed bozo, but now, he is unsure of how to feel about other people. another flame was snuffed out due to the simple fact that he was using milo for drugs. they would enable each other to do whatever they wanted. this has left milo cautious to a healthy romantic relationship. similar to what one would expect were they his friend, they should expect even more as a lover. milo is broken, incredibly so, and needs someone to help put the pieces back together.

once a frivolous thought, milo had never experienced hate for another, or from another. his general upbeat attitude and sex appeal kept the usual stranger grinning and all others who may have had some beef with him were put off by the people he surrounded himself with. that was until the massacre of the east coast - or as he's been calling it, "creation's dusk" - that he barely survived. since then, milo is more than willing to go the distance to get those that wish him, or those he cares for, harm out of his life. yet, as a pacifist and someone committed to the law, he is unsure as to how best to go about it.
