To simplify the overly complicated series of events that make up Jacque's life, he's always been a leader. Around the same time he chose to display those attributes, he'd also showed the tendencies of a troublemaker. Living in government subsidized public housing units for most of his early life, he'd grown 'rough around the edges'. After eradicating, or 'buying out' his rivals for the most part, it'd seemed the entire southern side of the county belonged to him and his 'cartel'. While in the southeastern hemisphere, Jacque and his group operated as high scale security for marijuana growers, and distributors who operated in the region. With the booming cannabis trade on the west coast, it was only a matter of time it stretched to more lucrative places, where it was harder to come across in both quality and quantity. Instead of biker gangs, or those associated with an infamous South American Mafia, or even larger scale gangs, he and his group of sharply dressed cohorts took the jobs. They would escort both VIPS and products with their high grade weaponry, most of which was obtained legally, also making them stand apart. Not to mention, the knowledge they possessed of the criminal underground, made them a step ahead of most 'professionals' when it came to preventing incidents.

The efficiency in which Jacque handled the organization soon lead to him being considered a 'boss' himself. He no longer had to answer to larger groups but he still sought more. After researching properly, he packed himself and his closest associates and migrated to the Northwest. Paying cash to begin both a slightly illicit growing operation, and then a dispensary. This was of course, nearly two years ago. Since his time living in Seattle, he'd invested in almost anything that needed funding. From Bakini Baristas, to local gun stores.
